Triaage AI ("Triaage," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Triaage collects, uses, stores, discloses, and safeguards information when you access or use our websites, applications, APIs, integrations, AI systems, software, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy is intended to provide transparent disclosure regarding the information we collect, how we process and protect that information, how AI-related data is handled within the platform, and the rights and choices available to users.

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Triaage platform, websites owned or operated by Triaage, APIs and integrations, customer support communications, AI workflow and automation tools, mobile or web applications, and any related products or services provided by Triaage.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services integrated by customers, websites not controlled by Triaage, or information processed solely on behalf of customers where Triaage acts strictly as a service provider or processor.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you voluntarily provide through the Services, including your name, email address, company information, billing details, account credentials, uploaded files, SOPs, prompts, workflows, automations, support communications, API credentials, and other content submitted through the platform ("Customer Content").

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including IP addresses, browser and device information, operating system details, geographic region, log data, timestamps, session activity, API usage metrics, performance diagnostics, crash reports, and feature interaction data.

We use this information to maintain platform security, monitor reliability, improve performance, detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the overall user experience.

C. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Triaage may use cookies, local storage, analytics technologies, session identifiers, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve functionality, analyze usage trends, and enhance platform security.

You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, portions of the Services may not function properly if certain technologies are disabled.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through the Services to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate users and accounts, process transactions and subscriptions, generate AI outputs, operate integrations and APIs, improve reliability and functionality, provide customer support, monitor analytics and usage activity, prevent fraud and unauthorized activity, enforce our agreements and policies, comply with legal obligations, communicate regarding account or security matters, and develop new products and features.

We may also use aggregated and anonymized information for analytics, benchmarking, research, operational improvement, and security monitoring purposes.

4. AI Systems & Model Processing

Triaage provides AI-powered workflow automation, decision-tree systems, and agent orchestration tools. As part of providing the Services, prompts, workflows, and Customer Content may be processed by AI systems and transmitted to third-party model providers solely for the purpose of generating outputs and delivering requested functionality.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, Triaage does not use Customer Content to train generalized public AI models and does not claim ownership over Customer Content. Customer Content is processed solely for service delivery, operational support, reliability, and security purposes.

You acknowledge that AI systems are probabilistic in nature and may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent outputs. You remain solely responsible for validating outputs, reviewing automations, making operational or compliance decisions, and determining whether uploaded information is appropriate for AI processing.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable under law, Triaage processes information based on:

  • performance of contractual obligations;
  • legitimate business interests;
  • legal compliance obligations;
  • protection of security and fraud prevention interests; and
  • consent where required.

Triaage does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that support operation of the Services, including cloud hosting providers, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics providers, communications vendors, customer support tools, and security providers. These providers are authorized to access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or abuse, protect the security of the platform, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Triaage, our users, or third parties.

Information may additionally be disclosed or transferred as part of mergers, acquisitions, financings, restructurings, asset sales, or similar corporate transactions.

  • SOPs;
  • workflows;
  • internal policies;
  • escalation procedures;
  • customer-service logic;

Triaage implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Content from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Except as described in this Privacy Policy or required by law, Triaage will not intentionally disclose Customer Content to unrelated third parties.

8. Data Retention

Triaage retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain operational continuity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, investigate abuse or security incidents, and protect platform integrity.

Following account termination, certain Customer Content may remain in backup systems for a limited period or may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, security, or compliance purposes.

9. Security Measures

Triaage implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction. These measures may include authentication controls, infrastructure monitoring, encrypted transmission where appropriate, access restrictions, logging systems, and security monitoring processes.

However, no platform or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Triaage cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate internal safeguards, credential security, and access controls within their own organizations.

10. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where Triaage or its service providers operate.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers and processing.
